Authentic Tantra by May Gonzalez is an invitation to move beyond performance and develop a deeper relationship with your body, presence, sexuality, pleasure and vital energy.
Sexuality is not only about the genitals, erection, ejaculation or performance. Your sexual experience is influenced by the way your whole system responds to sensation, arousal, stress, intimacy, pleasure and connection.
Breath, nervous system, attention, pelvic awareness, sensation and sexual energy are part of the same embodied landscape.
✦You do not need to know exactly what you are looking for before you begin. Sometimes the starting point is simply curiosity — a desire to understand your body more deeply, experience pleasure differently, or explore a more conscious relationship with your sexuality and sexual energy.
When your mind stays active during intimacy and it becomes difficult to remain connected with what your body is actually feeling.
When stress, tension or the need to stay in control makes relaxing, receiving or surrendering into sensation difficult.
When you want to better understand arousal, erection, ejaculation, pelvic responses or recurring sexual patterns without reducing your sexuality to performance.
When pleasure feels concentrated mainly in the genitals, sensitivity feels limited or you want to experience more of your body.
When receiving, vulnerability, closeness or remaining present with another person feels unfamiliar or challenging.
When you want to explore masculinity beyond performance, expectation or identity — through grounded presence, awareness and embodied experience.
These experiences often overlap. A concern that appears sexual may also involve breath, tension, attention, the nervous system, pelvic awareness, intimacy or the way you relate to pleasure.
My work with men includes different ways of exploring the body, sexual wellbeing, pleasure, pelvic awareness, sexual energy, presence and embodiment.
Some experiences can be a starting point. Others focus on a particular aspect of the male sexual body, while deeper practices are available only after a foundation has already been established.
A concern that first appears through sexuality may also involve breath, nervous-system regulation, pelvic awareness, sensation, attention, intimacy or the way you relate to sexual energy.
These offerings do not all serve the same purpose or belong to the same stage of the journey.
My most complete embodied experience for men, bringing together conscious touch, breath, nervous-system regulation, body awareness, sensation and sexual energy.
It offers a strong foundation for experiencing Tantra directly through the body and is the most recommended embodied starting point for first-time clients.
A deeper and more focused embodied experience for men exploring premature ejaculation, erectile difficulties, performance patterns or difficulty remaining present as arousal increases.
The work may include breath, relaxation, pelvic-floor awareness, arousal awareness and a more conscious relationship with sexual response.
A focused experience exploring pelvic and prostate awareness, internal sensation and the relationship between relaxation, receptivity and the male pelvic body.
The emphasis is not on performance, but on developing a more conscious relationship with an area of the body that is often approached only through function.
A confidential educational space for exploring sexuality, arousal, pleasure, intimacy, sexual wellbeing and the patterns influencing your current experience.
This can be particularly useful when you prefer to begin through conversation and understanding before moving into embodied practice.
A deeper guided ritual for men who have already experienced Authentic Tantra Massage and are ready to explore a further dimension of embodied presence and conscious receiving.
Body to Body is not offered as a first session. The foundation of Authentic Tantra Massage must already have been experienced before moving into this work.
A personalised three-month journey for men who want more than a single experience and are ready to develop body awareness, sexual energy, pleasure and sexual wellbeing through continuity and practice.
Each session builds upon the previous one, allowing awareness, home practices and embodied discoveries to develop and integrate over time.
Begin directly through the body.
Work with a more specific layer.
Develop through practice and integration.
Available after the foundation is established.
The pages further below describe each offering in greater detail. This map simply shows how the different forms of work relate to one another before you explore them individually.
You do not need to arrive already knowing exactly what you need. Your starting point depends on whether you want to begin through direct embodied experience or through conversation, understanding and sexual wellbeing awareness.
The most complete way to experience my work directly through the body.
Authentic Tantra Massage brings together conscious touch, breath, presence, nervous-system regulation, body awareness, sensation and sexual energy within one private embodied experience.
Rather than focusing only on the genitals or sexual performance, we begin with the whole body and explore how you receive, feel, breathe, respond to sensation and relate to your own sexual energy.
A GOOD PLACE TO BEGIN IF YOU WANT a direct, embodied introduction to Tantra, pleasure, presence and sexual energy.
A private space to understand your sexuality before deciding what kind of embodied work may be appropriate for you.
The consultation allows us to explore what is currently happening in your sexual experience — including pleasure, arousal, ejaculation, erections, intimacy, body awareness, sexual habits, expectations and the relationship between mind and body.
It can also be particularly useful when you have a specific concern or question and want greater clarity before beginning hands-on work.
Arousal Understanding your arousal patterns
PE & ED Exploring sexual wellbeing concerns
Pleasure Sensation, awareness and connection
Direction Understanding what may support you next
A GOOD PLACE TO BEGIN IF YOU WANT conversation, clarity and a deeper understanding of your sexual experience before moving into embodied work.
Neither starting point requires you to have everything figured out. The purpose is to meet you where you are and create a clearer, more embodied relationship with your sexuality, pleasure and sexual energy.
These journeys bring different practices together to explore the many dimensions of the masculine experience — body, pleasure, sexuality, sexual energy, nervous-system regulation, pelvic awareness and presence.
Each pathway has a different focus and depth. You do not need to follow every journey — only the one that meets what your body, sexuality and life are asking for now.
A guided journey weaving together whole-body sensation, sexual energy and pelvic awareness to deepen your relationship with pleasure, receiving and embodied sexual experience.
A focused journey bringing together body awareness, nervous-system regulation and sexual wellbeing to support greater understanding of arousal, pelvic responses, ejaculation patterns and erectile experience.
A progressive journey beginning with Authentic Tantra Massage before moving into the Body to Body Ritual — exploring receptivity, sensation, surrender and deeper embodied presence.
A personalised three-month journey allowing each experience to build upon the previous one through guided practices, integration, body awareness and ongoing support.
Whole-body sensation and pelvic awareness.
Arousal, regulation and sexual response.
Receiving, surrender and embodied presence.

Different journeys. Different depths.
Each pathway weaves body, awareness and sexual energy
in a different way.
A focused embodied experience for men exploring premature ejaculation, erectile difficulties, performance patterns or difficulty remaining present as arousal increases.
Rather than focusing only on performance, the work explores what happens in the body as sexual arousal develops — including breath, tension, pelvic response, sensation, attention and nervous-system activation.
Through guided embodied practice, you begin to notice how arousal changes, where tension appears and how breath, relaxation, pelvic awareness and presence influence your sexual experience.
BREATH Nervous-System Regulation
PELVIS Pelvic-Floor Awareness
AROUSAL Arousal Awareness
PRESENCE Embodied Response
To develop greater awareness of arousal and sexual response, creating more space between sensation, tension, habitual patterns and automatic reactions.
Less performance. More awareness. More connection with the body.
Sexual energy can be experienced as more than a movement towards release. Through embodied practice, awareness and retention, a man can gradually learn to remain with increasing arousal, conserve sexual vitality and experience sexual energy through more of the body.
One of the central teachings within my work with men is learning to recognise that orgasm and ejaculation are not the same process. Many men have never learned to distinguish between the two and may have experienced ejaculation for years without consciously recognising what orgasm itself feels like. Through embodied awareness, the practice begins to separate these experiences, opening the possibility of experiencing orgasm without ejaculation.
Ejaculation refers to the physical release of semen. In the conventional male sexual pattern, increasing arousal often moves rapidly toward ejaculation, after which sexual activation commonly decreases.
Dry orgasm refers to an orgasmic experience without ejaculation. Through greater awareness of arousal, breath, pelvic response and retention, orgasm and ejaculation can begin to be experienced as distinct events.
Within Classical Tantra, the conservation of sexual energy is part of a wider understanding of vital force. Rather than repeatedly moving from arousal directly into ejaculation, retention creates the possibility of remaining with sexual energy, cultivating awareness and learning to circulate that energy through the body.
Ayurveda offers a related concept through Ojas — traditionally understood as a subtle essence associated with vitality, stability and the deeper nourishment of the organism. From this perspective, sexual vitality is not approached only as something to discharge, but as something that may also be conserved, refined and integrated.
Orgasm is an experience. Ejaculation is a release. They do not have to be the same event.
Semen Retention forms the foundation of this approach to male sexual-energy practice.
Rather than allowing sexual arousal to culminate automatically in ejaculation and release, the practice develops the capacity to remain present with increasing excitation while conserving sexual vitality within the body.
As retention, pelvic awareness and arousal awareness deepen, orgasm and ejaculation can begin to be experienced as distinct processes.
The practice explores orgasmic response without seminal release, allowing sexual energy and sensation to remain available rather than ejaculation automatically becoming the conclusion of arousal.
As sexual energy is retained and circulated, pleasure no longer needs to remain concentrated only in the genitals.
Through breath, relaxation, sensation, movement, presence and energetic awareness, orgasmic experience may progressively expand into a wider embodied landscape.
Semen Retention, Dry Orgasm and Full-Body Orgasm are not separate sessions. They represent interconnected capacities that may be progressively cultivated through work with arousal, awareness, breath, the body and sexual energy.
The purpose is not to chase an orgasmic result, but to develop the body, awareness and energetic capacity through which deeper orgasmic experience may become possible.
Retention preserves. Circulation moves. Expansion transforms the experience.
Rather than a single experience, the mentorship creates space for practice, embodiment and integration to develop progressively over time.
A three-month personalised journey for men who want to go deeper into body awareness, sexual energy, pleasure and sexual wellbeing through continuity, practice and integration.
Each session builds upon the previous one, allowing awareness, practices and embodied discoveries to develop naturally over time.
Meet the body through direct embodied experience.
Continue the work through awareness and home practice.
Allow what is discovered to become part of lived experience.
Sexual wellbeing is not only about performance. Arousal, erection, ejaculation, pelvic tension, nervous-system regulation, attention and confidence can all influence the way a man experiences sexuality.
A difficulty that appears sexually may also involve breath, muscular tension, pelvic responses, arousal patterns, nervous-system activation or difficulty remaining present in the body.
Exploring the relationship between arousal, muscular tension, breathing, pelvic responses and the point at which ejaculation becomes difficult to regulate.
Exploring how pressure, stress, attention, arousal, nervous-system state and body awareness may influence erection and sexual confidence.
Developing greater awareness of the pelvic floor, muscular tension, relaxation and the relationship between the pelvis and sexual response.
Learning to recognise different levels of excitation and remain present as arousal increases rather than moving rapidly toward loss of control.
Exploring the cycle between pressure, expectation, mental control, nervous-system activation and the body's ability to remain present, responsive and connected.
For conversation, understanding and a clearer view of what may be influencing your sexual experience.
Focused embodied work with arousal, regulation, pelvic awareness and sexual response.
Focused pelvic and prostate awareness for men wanting a deeper relationship with internal sensation.
A whole-body foundation where the concern involves broader patterns of tension, receiving, sensation, presence or sexual energy.
Sexual wellbeing is connected to the body, nervous system, pelvis, breath and attention.
The Body to Body Ritual is designed for men who have already experienced Authentic Tantra Massage and feel ready to explore a deeper dimension of embodied presence.
Beginning with the foundation already established through Authentic Tantra Massage, the ritual moves into a skin-to-skin embodied experience, inviting greater receptivity, sensation, surrender and connection with the body.
Authentic Tantra Massage must be experienced first, creating the foundation for this deeper embodied ritual.
The foundational embodied experience where presence, breath, body awareness and sexual energy are introduced and explored.
A deeper skin-to-skin embodied experience that develops receptivity, surrender and the capacity to remain present with increasing sensation.
The invitation is not to perform, achieve or control the experience, but to develop a greater capacity to receive, feel and remain present in the body.
Many men arrive in sexual experiences carrying expectation, self-monitoring, pressure or the need to stay in control.
This work invites attention to move in another direction: away from constant mental monitoring and toward breath, sensation, awareness and embodied presence.
Authentic Tantra and Somatic practice are not only about sexuality. They are also about learning how to inhabit your body more consciously.
It needs enough awareness and regulation to feel what is already happening. Somatic practice develops the capacity to remain present with sensation instead of constantly evaluating the experience from the outside.

Each session offers a different way to explore your body, sexuality and embodied experience. You can read through the individual offerings below, understand what each experience is designed to support, and discover which direction feels most relevant to you.
There is no need to choose quickly. Take time to explore the sessions, understand the intention behind each practice and learn how the different approaches may support your own journey.
